Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Lesa in Colour. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your session:
1. Booking Process
• All appointments must be booked through our website.
• Full payment can be made at the time of booking or in person on the day of your session.
• You will receive an email confirmation upon successfully booking your session. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at lesa@lesaincolour.com
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
• Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the session by contacting us via email - lesa@lesaincolour.com
• Cancellations:
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• In the event of a no-show, your payment will not be refunded.
3. Session Requirements
To ensure accurate results during your colour analysis session:
• Please arrive makeup-free (this includes foundation, tinted moisturizers, bronzers, and any other facial makeup).
• If you have long hair, kindly tie it back so your face is unobstructed.
• If you wear a head covering, we recommend a white or neutral-coloured one for the session.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s session starts on time.
• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply.
5. Refund Policy
• Refunds are only provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
